Failed or blocked generations
Credits are only deducted when a video is generated successfully. If a generation fails or is blocked, no credits are used and your balance stays the same.
Credit purchases
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases and credits never expire. Credits are not cash, are not transferable and are not refunded as money, except where required by applicable law.
